tsp garlic powder

tsp coconut aminos

tsp avocado oil

cup shredded chicken
cup red cabbage

avocado

cup cilantro

tbsp creamy peanut butter

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp water

tsp ginger root

tsp sesame seed

How to cook tofu for summer rolls? 2 Use a paper towel to pat the tofu dry and drain the moisture. Cut the tofu into strips. 3 Sprinkle the spices and coconut aminos evenly over the tofu. Transfer the tofu into an air fryer. 4 Spray/drizzle avocado oil over the top of the tofu. Cook in the air fryer at 400° Fahrenheit for about 15-20 min. How to make peanut sauce for summer rolls? 7 Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until the sauce is creamy. How to make tofu summer rolls? 10 Lay out all ingredients for the summer rolls. (cooked air fryer tofu, carrot, cabbage, avocado and cilantro) 11 Pour warm water into a bowl. To make the summer roll, dip the rice paper wrapper in warm water for a few seconds until the rice paper is pliable. After dipping your rice paper in warm water, lay wrapper onto a plate or cutting board. Fill each rice paper wrapper with a piece of tofu, a couple slices of carrot, cabbage, avocado and a sprinkle of cilantro. Place all the ingredients just below the center of the wrapper.
